Employees should complete any needed matching in Data Review first thing every morning. To verify this is getting done, you can run an Unmatched Report to see everyone with outstanding matching and can send emails directly from the report to remind them to have it done by a certain time. Note: You must be granted appropriate permissions to view the Unmatched Report.
Are your employees forgetting to do their matching? Matching is an important task for users to complete to ensure Production, Referral, and Pipeline Reports are completely accurate.

One of the proven foundations for every successful rollout or re-rollout of ResourceOne is clear and precise communication to all employees. In addition, this communication must originate from senior management.
The message should entail three key points:
- How ResourceOne will help the financial institution achieve its strategic initiatives
- How ResourceOne will help the employee achieve their sales & service goals
- How ResourceOne will help your customers/members achieve their financial goals

CoreTrac’s ResourceOne Profitability functionality will allow client and product profitability calculations. This functionality will be part of the R1 product recommendation engine and marketing campaign functionality. R1 Profitability will offer flexibility in developing your profitability model. For financial institutions with less ability to access detailed client data, comparative peer data can be used to provide estimates, while financial institutions with richer client data sets can expand the variables used in profitability calculations to include their information.
R1 Snapshot Window
The R1 Snapshot Window is a window that will be dynamically opened to R1 users and will display client information and product recommendations for the client that the R1 user has opened on the teller platform. With this new feature, ResourceOne will monitor the middleware between the FI applications and the core software. When certain transactions occur, ResourceOne will isolate the client and R1 user involved in that transaction, and trigger a window with the desired client data from ResourceOne if that R1 user is currently online in ResourceOne.
R1 Ad Hoc Report Tool
This new functionality will allow R1 users to create custom reports within ResourceOne from any data collected in the system. All of the existing reports will remain in the system, and CoreTrac Support is still available for the development of custom reports that meet your needs, but this new feature will give you additional flexibility for your needed reports.

It's time to control your own destiny...We all are aware of what is going on around the world and in our own country. With that said, it is far too easy to devote too much time worrying what others are doing. In an industry that tends to follow the "leader," whomever that might be these days, those efforts will prove to be fruitless, as every institution (both big and small) is dealing with completely different issues. The biggest mistake anyone can make is to focus on their competitor. If you focus on your clients, you will always get it right. It is imperative to get your team targeted on what makes your institution successful. Provide them with the tools to create new avenues of business coming in the door; once it is in the door, you can use those tools to concentrate on keeping the business.
