Lead Generation Specialist (Austin, TX)

Lead Generation Specialist — New Business Development. The Lead Generation Specialist primary role and responsibility is to target and identify new customer opportunities (or appointments) that lead to new revenue and customers for our company. We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter who brings a strategic approach to new business development and lead generation, calling on executives and department managers, utilizing a mixture of direct calls, emails and other marketing efforts to develop new business opportunities within the bank and credit union sector. Our company offers a premier Enterprise CRM software solution for banks and credit unions across the United States. We are experiencing growth, and are seeking to expand our sales team to further this growth. Candidates must be capable of performing the following tasks using the telephone and PC: Target and develop new prospective customers for our CRM solution using our sales database and online research; Schedule discovery calls for the VP of Sales to present our CRM solution; Build strong rapport and coordinate schedules, address questions raised, and usher the prospective customers into the sales process

Career Path: Promotion to Regional Sales Manager is available for those candidates who show ability to take the sales cycle further than Discovery. Candidates must have the following credentials: 2 years of proven or related inside sales or professional experience; Strong oral and written communication skills; Experience with Microsoft Office, ACT, LinkedIn and similar software technologies; Background screening a requirement of accepting any job offered by our company.
