CoreTrac’s ResourceOne is aimed at being the most valuable CRM/Sales Force Automation tool for community financial institutions

Austin, Texas—March 3, 2006—CoreTrac, Inc., provider of ResourceOne, the simple and affordable CRM/Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution for community financial institutions, today reported the addition of its Express Professional Services (EPS).

Much of the success of ResourceOne can be attributed to the invaluable feedback from CoreTrac customers. CoreTrac has always encouraged product feedback from their customer base, and this year CoreTrac has enhanced this process. A recently updated client voting system allows each customer to prioritize development projects outlined for the upcoming year, as well as, provide additional ideas for future products. Once or twice a year a major development project, like Case Management (second quarter ‘06 release), will be scheduled for completion. As with Case Management, some customers require more rapid development than the general majority. To expedite the development process of a particular project, a customer can employ CoreTrac’s Express Professional Services. EPS covers additional resources needed for quicker development and usually can release a project up to 6 months sooner than scheduled.

CoreTrac’s Express Professional Services delivers solutions that quickly address the specific needs for our clients. Each EPS request utilizes the depth of knowledge of our application architects, developers, and quality assurance team to develop a total solution for our client. Every EPS project must pass a qualification review that will determine if the project compliments ResourceOne, adheres to coding guidelines, meets all standards of our main application, and integrates completely.
