Austin, Texas–May 22, 2003–CoreTrac, Inc.,

community financial institutions announced today that Heartland
Bank, Gahanna, OH, has chosen CoreTrac’s ResourceOne to bolster
the bank’s customer-centric CRM strategy. ResourceOne allows
Heartland Bank employees to track leads and referrals, recommend
products based on demographic criteria, set goals for employees
and branches, and perform other CRM functions that Heartland
