Community Financial Institutions Choose CoreTrac’s ResourceOne for Browser-Based CRM Solution
Austin, Texas–May, 2003–CoreTrac, Inc.,
a provider of browser-based customer relationship management
(CRM) solutions for community financial institutions, announces
three new customers. Pacific Western Bank, a subsidiary of
Community Bancshares, in Santa Fe Springs, CA, Montecito Bank
and Trust in Santa Barbara, CA, and First Northern Bank of Dixon
in Dixon, CA, have all signed deals to implement CoreTrac’s
flagship product, ResourceOne.
ResourceOne is a browser-based system that allows financial
institutions to track leads and referrals, recommend products
based on customer demographics, set employee goals and
accurately measure performance, pull institutional, branch and
individual reports, and integrate host data for a complete
picture of the customer relationship.
“Growth is important to us. We wanted a solution that would
allow us to set goals and track our progress. We also wanted a
total view of our customer so we could make informed decisions
about the right products for them. ResourceOne is that
solution,” said Jim Salin of Pacific Western Bank.
“As the banking sector becomes more and more competitive, it
becomes increasingly important for each financial institution to
focus on the specific needs of their customers and for long-term
retention purposes, the financial institution must increase the
accounts per household. ResourceOne is tailor-built to
facilitate this critical process. Our goal at CoreTrac is to
meet this fundamental need for financial institutions,” says
Chris Ney, founder and CEO of CoreTrac, Inc. All three of these
new clients will implement ResourceOne in an integrated mode
that provides regular updates from the host to provide a
comprehensive view of their customers.
