Texas Gulf Bank Inks Deal with CoreTrac for CRM Solution
Austin, Texas–Tuesday,
September 16, 2003–CoreTrac, Inc., a provider of customer
relationship management (CRM) for community financial
institutions announced today that Texas Gulf Bank, Freeport, TX,
has chosen CoreTrac’s ResourceOne to bolster the bank’s
customer-centric CRM strategy. ResourceOne allows Gulf Bank
employees to track leads and referrals, recommend products based
on demographic criteria, set goals for employees and branches,
and perform other CRM functions that Gulf Bank wanted in a
solution.
James F. Brown, Jr., President & CEO, made the decision to go
with CoreTrac.” We believe using CoreTrac's ResourceOne product
is like moving from the technology of a typewriter to a word
processor. Their program continues to grow and improve, keeping
us on the cutting edge of today's technology.”
The bank searched for a CRM vendor that was familiar with the
needs of community financial institutions and able to respond to
developing market trends. “[CoreTrac is] a company that is small
enough to be flexible in meeting our specific tracking needs,
while sophisticated enough to integrate with our core processor
bringing a wealth of information to our fingertips,” Brown said.
