ResourceOne allows The Savings Bank of Danbury’s employees to track leads and referrals, recommend products based on demographic criteria, set goals for employees and branches, and perform other CRM functions they needed in a solution. George Herring, Vice President of Sales for The Savings Bank of Danbury, said “with the recent growth in both our consumer and commercial lines of business, it became apparent that we needed a CRM system that would help transition and enhance the Bank’s sales and customer service culture.”
